The project architecture
The attractive concept of the Castella One project and the beautiful exteriors are the work of Arhitekture Filip Tadin d.o.o. The creative team led by award-winning architect Filip Tadin developed solutions that brilliantly followed and continued the investor's vision.
The project was conceived as a complex of three multi-apartment buildings connected by a common basement. Almost all traffic is located in the underground level, which not only contributes to the aesthetics and comfort of staying in the settlement, but also to its safety. The ground level is thereby freed up for private gardens and common spaces for playing and socializing.

The ground level is thereby freed up for private gardens and common areas for playing and socializing.
Each of the three buildings has seven apartments, and the floors have a basement, ground floor, two floors and the upper floor. All apartments are oriented on three sides, have two, three or four bedrooms, all rooms have large openings, and living rooms have glass walls and access to terraces.
The green areas around the building will be filled with autochthonous tall and low plants such as olive trees, and the edges of the parcel will be visually emphasized with trees of autochthonous species. In addition to the aesthetics and functionality of the settlement, it is clear from all of the above that the team of architects took care of the environment in which the project will be located. That's why the project, from the name, through the architectural solutions, right down to the details, is woven with motifs and inspirations related to Kaštela, Dalmatia and the Adriatic Sea.
